I sent Jim Ferras an email and received an response from him. He says he aold the company 17 years ago and is no longer involved.

anyone can file a complaint with the Do Not Call list people and they normally do a good job of following up indulging penalties to the company

ReplyDeleteJim Ferras doesn't seem to run the company anymore. He sold the company over 7 years ago. He's a decent guy who actually takes calls from people in our situation and takes the time to explain that he is no longer responsible anymore. Please keep investigating, and make sure that you're throwing your pitchforks in the right direction.
